This unit will work on 2.1mm, 2.3mm and 2.5mm DC Power Sockets by using an expandable inside diameter socket.

This unit produces 15.3 volts open circuit voltage perfect for changing circuits with 12 volt regulators.

Many 12volt DC wall warts will not charge items with 12 volt regulators as the voltage is not enough to charge the regulator.

This item can be used on 12vdc to 15vdc items both lighting and charging circuits.
